Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In gym class and during team practices, we will utilize the treadmill and elliptical to give students an opportunity to stay active and engage in fitness training for basketball, soccer, cheer, etc.
A treadmill and elliptical for student athletes offers a variety of physical and mental benefits that can help enhance their performance and overall well-being.
Both pieces of equipment will help promote physical health, reduce restlessness, and improve concentration. They will support academic growth as well as improve the social, emotional well-being of students while providing cardiovascular strengthening and conditioning for student athletes.
