This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I plan on using the aerobic steppers to create a step aerobics club for after school. My students are high-energy and love to be active. However, the neighborhood where they live often prevents them from getting outside and getting adequate exercise.
The step aerobics club will give my students the opportunity to practice a healthy lifestyle while having fun.
The more physical activity a child has, the better they perform in other aspects of life as well. By introducing aerobics exercise into a child's life, I will be enhancing their health, mind, and emotional abilities. I'm so excited to see the results!
