My Project

In this cart I have added items that will replenish my classroom treasure box!

Each year, I like to have a classroom management plan in place that allows students to feel celebrated when they are doing well!

I have a few different things in this cart that will help with that. First I have stickers and lots of them! In my class I offer a sticker store where students can earn stickers for their folders for making good grades or good choices. I make this a competition and whoever has the most stickers at the end of the year wins a special prize. I love this because all students are included. It could be for good grades or just making a good choice! I also added treasure box fidget toys. I use these as rewards for students continually making good choices. I also use these as sensory items that can help calm students down in high stress moments. Finally I added a candy box. This will be used for special moments throughout the year. For example, if a child works really hard and makes a 100. Another example would be if a child that struggles with behavior at school has an amazing day!

Kids love these items and I use them every year to help me have a successfully managed classroom!

This impacts students learning because they have motivation to be and to do their best daily! It also helps them feel special and important. My goal is to encourage all my students so they can be successful and learn!
