My Students

Our 21st Century students approach learning in a variety of ways - media plays a huge role. How can we utilize media to delve deeper, create meaningful projects and reflect on our growth as a learner? Flip Video Cameras are user-friendly and are accessible to even the most novice of film makers.

Our learners are breaking ground in California.

We are part of a growing resource of schools that are dedicated to providing our learners with the skills they will need to thrive in the ever evolving work force of the 21st Century. They hone their skills as leaders by applying the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens; discover their learning style as well as apply the knowledge garnered from class in meaningful projects. Learning in this manner will prepare them to collaboratively work with their peers in the future, take the risks that innovators must to create new solutions, products or understandings.

My Project

The Flip Video Camera fits in one's pocket, is very user friendly and downloads quickly and easily to your desktop. This particular camera is white and will record up to one hour of video. When you want to transfer video to your laptop, it is very easily accomplished because of the built in USB connection. What more can you ask for in a video camera - small, compact and user friendly.

Our learners participate in countless projects that rely heavily on recording via a video camera and immediately transferring this information to create a meaningful project or reflection about the experience behind the video.
