it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Science experiments are one of the most important aspects of science education. Experiments teach basic science skills, but also teamwork, inquiry, and logical reasoning. Through science exploration students are able to engage in learning in a way that sticks with them for the long run.
Last week when were were working on a lab in class one student announced, "I feel just like a real scientist!" That is why I teach.
Every teacher wants to inspire their students to dream big. Please help me to continue the momentum in my classroom of budding scientists.
In order to to provide more hands on science opportunities for my students this year I am in need of lab supplies. With these materials we will be able to run labs more frequently. I have taken care to primarily select materials that can be reused year to year, so your donation will impact not just my current students but classrooms of students for many years to come.
When you donate you will know that the next time a student announces they "feel like a real scientist", it will be because of you. Thank you for your consideration!
