This group of third grade students read from a level K to 8th grade. In order to keep all students reading and making progress, I need a variety of books. Some of my students could not read in September and now are loving the Branches series. Others have high interests in science. While some thrive on fantasy books.
The Geronimo Stilton series is a hit in the classroom, fables are a generational favorite, and anything explaining earth science is hot commodity.
Books are the stepping stone to opportunity. By ensuring there is a an option for everyone, I am giving opportunity to all.
