This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Save our eyes! Our students are in the process of creating wonderful visual arts projects using PowerPoint but we can barely see what we are doing with our old, fuzzy, worn out monitors.

My third grade students are absolutely wonderful and very creative.

We have been working on visual art project using PowerPoint and other media. My students are from low income families who don't have the opportunity to create visual arts projects at home. I want to give them the chance to learn about this wonderful program so that they can use it in their future education and career. Why not start now!!

My Project

My third grade students never seem to want to stop learning. They are very creative and are able to create some great visual arts projects using movie software and PowerPoint. The problem is that our computers have very old monitors that you can barely see. With new monitors, we will be able to view and share these projects with others. I know these new monitors will inspire them to create ever greater projects!

This project is important because it will help my students to create some great visual arts projects that will help them not only in their future education, but also in their careers.
