My students need to have 9 independent work centers while I am giving other students one on one instruction.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Crumps's classroom raised $376

I am a Primary/Intermediate Special Education Teacher. I work at a charter school on the west side of Chicago. My school is 93% low income and we serve a predominately African American population.
I have been to so many IEP Meetings where the parents are told that their children will receive one on one attention. This becomes hard when all 10-15 students need one on one attention. The Take It To Your Seat Centers will keep the other children engaged while a student receives one on one attention.
The Take It To Your Seat Centers are engaging and fun. They also let the students feel successful. We are currently discussing what makes you successful and I heard the students say that being able to work on their own makes them feel successful.
Providing the students with at Take It To Your Seat centers will make them independent and responsible for their learning as well.
Your help will help to make my students with special needs become more independent and feel successful at the same time. Thanks so much for considering my students. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
