Help me give my students a new document camera so they can actually see what I am doing on the board.

My Students
I am a 3rd grade teacher in a small town country school in Oklahoma. I teach math to 40 students every morning and then science and social studies to my homeroom class in the afternoons. Most of my students are Hispanic/Latino.
My students are always full of life when they walk in my classroom.
This makes teaching them so much fun! They are always eager to learn new things and always up for a challenge. All of my students are very kind hearted and wanting to please.
My Project
I am wanting to get a new document camera for my classroom. I use the one I have now daily and the picture quality is terrible. The picture always comes out blurry and even if I adjust it, it is still a little blurry. If I have to lengthen the camera to show a bigger picture of something it always ends up blurry and its hard to focus it. Especially if it has small print, the print is unreadable.
My students tell me all the time that they can't see something on the board.
It would be awesome if they were able to sit at their desk in the back of the room and see what I am doing on the board as if I were doing it right in front of them. I also have some students that desperately need glasses, however their parents at this time can't afford to take them to the eye doctor. I even have them sit up front but they still have a hard time seeing. So having a document camera that is clear would help a lot.
