I Can Read! Write! Create!

My students need 1 light duty binding machine, 5 packs of 1/4inch black binding combs, 4 packs of white card stock, 2 packs of water color brush markers, 10 packs of Crayola oil pastels for kids, 1 scholastic little kids draw book and 1 set of Crayola portfolio series oil pastels.

This project is fully funded

I teach first grade in a low socio-economic school district; most of my students are 6 and 7 years old.

The school district where I teach has not allowed the teachers any classroom improvement money in three years. I want my students to have an optimal learning environment with resources that make learning fun and exciting for them. I have created the I can Read! Write! Create! project to strengthen my students reading and writing skills.

My students will need a binding machine, plastic comb binders, white card stock, brush markers, and oil pastels to read, write and create their own books. My students will be able to boost and display their reading and writing skills by making their own books to share with the other students at our K-1 school.

My first grade students need your help in making reading and writing fun and exciting. Without donors like you my school would not be able to fund projects like I Can Read! Write! Create! Young students need fun and exciting ways to make their learning experience optimal. The reading an writing skills my students will develop from this project will be the foundation for their learning the rest of their lives.
