Help me give my students a leveled library for our classroom. My students have various disabilities and reading is not an easy skill for them. Having a leveled library would help them read based on their reading level.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Terziu's classroom raised $297

My Students
My students are special needs students. They come with great desire to learn. They are bright and energetic. Their disabilities enable them to learn and perform many academic and daily living skills. Many resources are needed to help my students learn and achieve their educational needs. A leveled classroom library would help my students to get exposed and read books on their reading level that they would actually enjoy and be able to read themselves. Please help my students receive a leveled classroom library.
My Project
Students will use the books to help them build up their fluency level and write book reports. Students will use the books to complete classroom and homework assignments. Students will work on reading based on their reading level and see themselves improve their reading skills by moving up to the next reading level.
Students will also practice learning to be responsible checking in and out books from our library.
This will teach them how to borrow a book from the classroom library, use it to complete an assignment and return it on the due date.
