There is an increasing need for mental health resources in the school setting. I have many students who struggle to regulate their emotions and make friends. These materials would teach my students how to handle strong emotions and conflicts. Storybooks are a great way to teach children that others struggle with the same issues and show them ways to calm down and problem-solve.
