My students are creative and enthusiastic about learning. They love to learn and participate in hands-on learning activities. Using their hands nurtures their curiosity and fuels their well being.
The students I work with each have there own unique personalities and learning style.
They work hard and are always eager to learn.
This program gives children from diverse backgrounds, and low income homes an opportunity to learn and thrive within the Detroit Public School Community District. My energetic students enter the classroom ready to learn, discover, and explore.
My Project
To facilitate learning, I need materials to make learning engaging. The easel pads will allow me to create charts, so that my virtual students will have a visual aid to see when they vote on their favorite food or season and my face to face students will be able to make tally marks, promoting math concepts. The paper will be used to print out learning packets for both groups of students.
These materials will serve a dual propose because the students and I will be able to use them at school as well as at home.
I can also collect data on the students as they do their work. It is my aim to be prepared no matter what's happening in the world around us.
