My Project

My students all have special needs. They are all wonderful and special. They learn a lot during whole group, one on one instruction and repetitive instruction and predictable schedules.

They need organization in the classroom, comfortable seating, calming areas, and sensory and educational learning tools to continue to succeed.

The dry erase markers are used consistently in the classroom, for tracing and spelling. During breaks, the students enjoy picking out building, sensory, matching and lacing toys which also helps strengthen their motor skills and academics. The floor pillows will cater to a wider range of sensory and learning preferences and promote greater engagement. Our students love new items to explore, in a comfortable regulating area.
