Hygiene Products for Future Innovators

My Project

Many of my 6th grade students face daily challenges that extend far beyond academics. Many come from low-income households where basic hygiene products can be difficult to afford. These unmet needs can have a deep impact on a student's self-esteem, emotional well-being, and ability to fully engage in school.

This project will provide essential hygiene supplies so students can feel confident, cared for, and focused on learning.

By creating a classroom hygiene station stocked with items like deodorant, toothpaste, hair products, feminine hygiene products, students will have discreet access to the resources they need. Meeting these basic needs can make a world of difference in helping students show up to class ready to learn and thrive.
