Hygiene Kits for Jr. High: Help Their Confidence Grow!

My Project

Every student deserves to feel the comfort and confidence that their hygiene needs are being met. Being in a low socio-economic area, I have students that rely solely on the school to provide them with supplies, including hygiene supplies. Having access to these supplies are a basic human necessity, so please help me give my students the comfort of knowing these supplies are readily available to them. My goal for this project is to give each jr. high student a hygiene kit of their own to help build confidence, independence, and ease worries related to hygiene. Each kit will include a toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, face wash, Chapstick, combs, period supplies, and hair ties. Students will be allowed to refill their kit throughout the year as they run out of supplies. This will hopefully give students one less worry and the ease of knowing they can access these materials!
