My Project
In 4th grade, students begin to develop a stronger sense of self-awareness, and personal hygiene plays a key role in their confidence. Providing essential hygiene items such as deodorant, soap, toothbrushes, and clean clothing helps students feel more comfortable in their own skin. When students feel fresh and clean, they are more likely to engage in learning, interact positively with their peers, and focus on their schoolwork without the distraction of self-consciousness. Teaching good hygiene practices at this age also instills lifelong habits that support their well-being. By ensuring our 4th graders have access to these items, we are fostering an environment where they can thrive both academically and socially, boosting their self-esteem and giving them the confidence they need to succeed.
