Help me develop my students' hygiene skills! These are LIFELONG habits!
Good hygiene is very important for kids because it helps keep them healthy and feeling good.
Simple habits like washing hands before eating and after using the bathroom can stop the spread of germs that cause sickness. Brushing teeth twice a day keeps mouths clean and helps prevent cavities. Taking regular baths or showers, wearing clean clothes, and covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue or elbow also show good hygiene.
Learning these habits early helps kids stay clean, safe, and confident every day.
