This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Fifth grade is a time for a lot of change. Our minds and moods are changing. Our students are growing and their bodies are changing. Being ready for the day is so important. Sometimes, students at our school have forgotten to get fully ready for their school day. I would love to provide our students with personal necessities that will make them feel good about themselves. Walking into class, with confidence, is crucial for children.

Our students need basic hygiene products to stay clean and feel confident within their day.

Some children are not handling their changing bodies well. If they have these supplies available, they will better be able to keep their bodies healthy and clean!
