This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials and supplies I request for my students will be used for their hygienic needs. I work with students with disabilities, and sometimes a disruption to their routine can cause them to not commit to their learning. Products like sanitary napkins, deodorant wipes, and hand sanitizer are necessities that can allow my students to pick up what they need without fear of having forgotten them. The cart and storage bins, are there to provide the products a safe space for storage while ensuring they are accessible to the students so they can grab what they need without having to ask me for it.
