My Project

I teach at an alternative school for students in grades 7 to 12. My students have found it very difficult to learn in a traditional school and classroom setting. My amazing students have been learning about plants, nutrition, and sustainable farming.

I want to give them the opportunity to grow their own healthy foods and to learn firsthand the benefits of growing healthy foods.

This hydroponic system will not only help teach my students about plants and sustainability but also empower them to take charge of their own food choices and help provide healthy breakfast and lunch items for my 25 students.
