My Project
Ensuring proper hydration is essential for the health and performance of our Running Club students. With your support, we aim to provide a water cooler dispenser, reusable water bottles, and motivational stickers to keep our young athletes hydrated, motivated, and ready to reach their full potential. Staying hydrated not only improves athletic performance but also helps prevent fatigue, cramping, and overheating during workouts.
A dedicated hydration station would ensure that our students always have access to cool, refreshing water before, during, and after their training routines.
Reusable water bottles promote sustainability by reducing single-use plastic waste while giving students a convenient way to stay hydrated. Adding motivational stickers not only personalizes their bottles but also fosters a sense of pride, unity, and encouragement among the team. These small touches help build camaraderie and reinforce the importance of perseverance and healthy habits.
