My Project

What the Project Supports:

This project provides three key resources to improve my classroom:

• A new classroom rug to replace our old, worn-out one and create a clean, cozy gathering space for class meetings, read-alouds, and group learning.

• Headphones to help students concentrate during independent work, digital lessons, and assessments by reducing distractions.

• Reusable water bottles so all students—especially those who come to school without one—can stay hydrated and healthy without leaving the classroom.

Why It Matters:

I teach in a low-income district where many students lack basic school supplies. These resources go beyond academics—they support physical comfort, mental focus, and student well-being. By funding this project, you’re helping to create a positive, supportive environment where my students can truly thrive.
