Hydrated And Motivated

My Project

As a veteran coach, I understand the importance of replenishing electrolytes. Not having operable water fountains or the means to purchase drinks has proven to be an extraordinary inconvenience for our students, especially at our temporary facility. I often share bottles of my drinks with our students, because many students do not have the money to purchase drinks from the vending machines.

Help me to make sure that student-athletes have healthy drinks to stay hydrated and prevent heat exhaustion during our practices and games.

It’s imperative that athletes adequately hydrate, especially in our sweltering heat and harsh humidity.
