Hybrid Tools for Success!

Help me give my students these tools to help prepare them for the adjustment of Hybrid/Distance Learning! These are tools that students can utilize while they're in my classroom.

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Brassart's classroom raised $303

My Students

I have a classroom full of over several periods of thirty-three inquisitive, creative, and active sixth graders who are adapting to a 'new' way of school with a love of learning. This has created a need to develop their foundational learning skills, as well as advance their development in problem-solving skills while flourishing their intellectual understanding and processing.

My classroom is made up of diverse learners from a wide range of backgrounds.

Some of my students are English Language Learners (ELLs), some of my students receive free or reduced-price lunch and some have special learning needs. All of my students need to be actively engaged in their learning and need a program that can enhance their learning that can help meet the needs of these diverse learners. Children need to be able to not only move their bodies to get their brain-firing neurons for reading, analyzing various texts, understanding social studies, while developing their written word; but children need various opportunities to express and learn these key important factors.

My Project

These tools will continue to enhance the in person learning within classroom that I strive to create. My classroom has changed drastically this year due to Covid-19, however, I'm hoping to create a place that my students really enjoy-I want to help develop their sense of learning and grow their creativity. Every student that comes into my classroom will have an opportunity to learn and grow. All of these tools have been chosen with my students in mind-I have watched them crave more of hands on learning to develop their critical thinking and grit. Students will be doodle, color and compose to deepen their level of learning.

With these new tools, my students will be able to develop their learning and understanding into a deeper level that allows them to learn independently at their own grade level.

This project will only help enrich their experiences with the printed word.
