it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are amazing. They come to school each day with the desire to learn and grow, regardless of what is happening on the outside of our doors. Each student has a unique story that drives them to do their best. They also go through some very trying experiences outside our doors.
Every child deserves the opportunity to come to school and feel safe and secure.
Each student has dreams and desires for their future that we help them to achieve.
My Project
The healthy snacks and juice will provide the opportunity for each student to be able to eat when they are hungry. These materials will allow me to offer my students an alternative the options they have outside our doors. Any student who comes in my room will have access to theses supplies daily. No student will walk away hungry.
Your generous donation will allow my students to have a healthy snack throughout the day, allowing them the ability to concentrate and not worry about being hungry.
When a student is not hungry, they can focus on more important things, behavior issues decrease and educational gaps can be filled.
