This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our school is a diverse and inviting environment! Everyone who visits us loves how friendly and caring our students and staff are. I love the bright faces smiling so eager to learn the lessons of the day! Regardless of what life throws at them, they optimistically make their way to school, knowing that they will have a safe, warm, and loving environment waiting.
My students mean the world to me and I want them to know that the community supports them.

My Project
Please help me give my kiddos delicious treats so they can have a sweet day at school! My students deserve the best. They are hard-working, kind and intelligent and are very grateful beings. At times they do not have the money to purchase snacks to bring to school. We spend the entire day in one room and having a treat definitely breaks up our day!
We will use the snacks to learn lessons about nutrition and fractions.
Students are a lot more motivated when they have food involved in their learning. Thank you so much for helping us!
