This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come from a diverse neighborhood. They are all eager learners despite the many challenges they may face. They come from diverse backgrounds, both economically and culturally. I am proud to say our school is all inclusive, and we celebrate the diversity of our students to the max.

Many of our families are first and second generation immigrant families who are new to the country, planting seeds for their own success and for future generations to come.

Education is a top priority, regardless. Invest in our future! We will all benefit!

My Project

Students will learn hands-on how their bodies work. With common materials, students will build models of parts of their body to understand better the movements of the human body.

The students will construct models of the human finger and eye to understand the workings of our human body.

Help the students bring an understanding of body systems to life without dissecting animals. They will need common supplies like paper clips, paper, magnifying sheets and string. The models the students build will forever help them understand the bodies they live each day in. Get us moving.
