This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am the proud teacher of 19 wonderful students. My students are hard workers. They help each other which is great, because they are learning to work as a team. My students are economically disadvantaged, but their families are very supportive in their child's learning. They come each day with a desire to learn and succeed. I want the best for my students. I want them to succeed in their lives and be our future doctors, teachers, nurses, lawyers etc.

My Project

My wonderful second Bilingual students deserve the very best. The children of this generation are very interested in the use of technology I know they would be so grateful to receive this great donation of IPads. The benefits of the IPads are that the students can strengthen their English language skills with the various applications. They can also use the iPads to become more fluent readers, reinforce math objectives as well as to master vocabulary skills. The charging station will also be a plus, because it provide an organized place. The headphones and privacy partitions will also help student to have less distractions and focus on their own learning.
