My Project

I recently got Hot Dot cards but the pens didn't work. Hot Dots are special cards that have a specific skill to be practiced on them. The special pen gives them immediate feedback. My students will love the "Way to go!" or "Awesome" response. A "Try again" response will guide them to re-read and choose another answer. Every student will be able to work and practice at their own level and move through them at their own pace.

I will use these as an activity for students to work on while I am reading with a small group.

My students will love them because they can choose what skill to practice, which cards to complete, and work at their own pace. It will also give them ownership in their learning which will ensure their success.
