Hop To Good Health

My students need 7 Lakeshore Hop-Along Balls, 1 Automatic Big Ball Inflator, and 1 Set of Heavy-Duty Hopping Sacks.

This project is fully funded

Hopping is Fun and Healthy! I work in a low income school in a blended classroom with at-risk and special needs children. We serve children from ages 3-5.

We are under the Division of Child Development Guidelines which require our students to be provided with one hour of outside play. We have limited gross motor equipment to provide physical activities for our children during outside playtime.

I am writing this proposal with hopes of receiving additional equipment to meet the needs of these children. The Hop-Along Balls will promote muscle-building and the Hopping Sacks will improve balance and coordination while also providing fun activities for the children. The Automatic Big Ball Inflator will not only be used for the Hop-Along Balls but also to inflate smaller balls as well. These materials will engage the children for longer periods of time providing them with a variety of physical activities.

These materials will promote gross motor skills and will be used for many years everyday. Thank you for considering my proposal.
