This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I hope when your'e reading this, it finds you in good health. I have always believed if you are in a happy environment you will be happy as well. I want each of my students to feel special and to know they are important so with each of their cubbies a label with their picture makes them feel good. When I hang up their drawings on the pretty bulletin board paper gives them more self confidence. This helps with their self esteem as well as them wanting to learn and do more. With all the materials I asked for will help with them in learning and wanting more for themselves. Using the circle time learning helps with all the activities in one spot for example speaking about the weather each morning we can have one student put up a sun or the rain, as per the day of the week. Let's not forget about the numbers they will recite them everyday and learn to identify them as well. I also picked out the hand washing timer so they can learn how long they should be washing their hand for in order for them to be safe. When we as teachers have the everyday necessities we can do our jobs better.
