I always try to think of innovative ways to get kids active and learning within the walls of the classroom. By bringing a basketball game hoop set into class, I feel the possibilities to influence students are endless.
An "EZ Fold Indoor Basketball Game for 2 Players with LED Scoring" will not only be an exciting addition to sixth grade, but it will increase students’ interest in playing basketball on a real court.
All students spend most of the day at their desks. They need to get up and move. We live in a world where many of our students lack the motivation to get out of their comfort zone, let alone maneuver through life. We are seeing a trend in students who are tired, unmotivated, and physically inactive. I want to create an opportunity for students to participate in class activities that will stimulate their mind and body, help them be physically active, and improve their basketball skills. My hope is that this exciting game will also encourage students to be physical activity after they leave the classroom by shooting a few hoops on a life-size court.
