The children in my classroom are pre-k and kindergarten students! My class is one of the first steps on their educational journey. My students are part of a wonderful and loving school family, and I have the honor and privilege of being their teacher for 2 years! My students come to school each day excited to see their friends and eager to explore new topics and materials.
Phonological awareness is a fundamental skill in pre-k and kindergarten!
This is the foundation for their journey into reading, and it is so important that this journey is filled with fun and excitement. Pre-K and kindergarten students learn best through exploration and play! Through the use of flipbooks and tactile word cards, my students will be given the opportunity to learn how to read in a hands-on and engaging way!
