Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love it when my students feel comfortable in their classroom. When their classroom is safe they become accountable of their learning and take care of each other. They know it is a safe learning environment. The furniture will allow them to work in a new cozy rug. The bean bags are great for our library area when they can relax or take a mental break.
In my class students are allowed to work in their seats, the rug, in our library nook, and anywhere else they feel comfortable.
It is about the learning experience and having the opportunity to work with all their classmates. This is why we change learning groups monthly.
