Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting a bookshelf to store our STEM materials in our brand new teacher resource center. We absolutely love this bookshelf that we got this past year, so we are requesting another one to store the rest of our STEM and hands-on materials.
The bookshelf will be a home for all of our new STEM books.
Students will be able to use this shelf to look through and shop for books and materials for our hands-on unit in September. They will be able to keep their materials organized on a daily basis.
They will also learn organization skills with our new shelving unit.
This will help teach all scholars to stay organized and take ownership over their own materials and books. We will be reading about the environment, wellness and staying healthy!
