Home Needed for My Student's Supplies!

My project needs 30 At-Your-Seat Storage Sacks.

My students are in desperate need of a home for their school supplies! I teach 5th grade at a Title I school in Brooklyn, N.Y. We have a wonderful educational community but a lot of the funding that we get is used on enrichment programs for the students. While I believe that these programs are extremely important in helping to educate the entire child, I wish we could use just a tiny piece of the funding for the students' to store their school tools. The desks that I have in my room do not have the usual cubby to hold the students' notebooks, "just-right" reading books and the other tools that are vital to their learning process. Additionally, the chairs don't have the metal "basket" at the base. As of now, my students' will be storing their school supplies in a cabinet in the classroom. This cabinet, however, is not very large and it is definitely going to be a hassle to have all 24 of my students store all of their things. I feel that my students would greatly benefit from having their own personal places to keep their things. In order to achieve this, I am in desperate need of seat sacks but they are simply too expensive for my budget. I believe that having these for each student will greatly benefit them because it will make the classroom run much more smoothly. If the students do not have to constantly get up from the seats to get one of their school tools, there will be much less traffic in the classroom and a whole lot more learning. I am going to close this proposal by saying that having seat sacks for my students will help to make their learning experience much richer and fulfilling. Please help my students find a home for their school supplies!
