Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our Pre- Kindergarten class is a dynamic and diverse group of eager young learners. They are eager to engage and play with each other in the dramatic play area. During dramatic play, students are using language, cognitive and social emotional skills to help grow and learn.
Delicious pizzas, towering scoops of ice cream, and sumptuous salads will help our young learners develop skills such as counting, sorting, sharing, vocabulary and most of all, fun!
When we count how many scoops of ice cream we can pile on a cone, sort out the utensils into knives, forks, or spoons, or help a peer wash the dishes, we use our brains and gain new skills!
Our students all deserve to have updated and fresh materials to play and learn! Thanks for helping us accomplish our goal!
