My Project
The 8th grade ELA classes will be reading two books centered in the Holocaust this year. This topic always stirs student interest in learning more about this event in history and the students always ask for more books about this subject.
We need to expand our library of fiction and non-fiction books about the Holocaust. Because we have diverse learners, we want to add a wide variety of books, including graphic novels, so that students can continue to read and expand their understanding of the events and people surrounding the Holocaust.
