My Project

Hello there!

I recently received the funding and the items for 30 books for our classroom, now I need the curriculum to go with it!

We are going to read "Holes" by Louis Sachar and I am very excited.

I have studied this curriculum before, in college I was required to dissect the free version. Unfortunately, it is too short to go off of for the whole book.

With the money for this guide, it will allow my students to learn about how to connect reading to their thoughts, use guided practice, and learn many different reading skills (including author purpose, genre, character traits, summary writing, inferencing, and more!) This guide leads me and the students through 45 days of analyzing, reading, and writing about Holes. My class would greatly benefit from this resource!

I have also added some scented bookmarks to include in our student books. To keep track of their reading spots in the book.
