My Students
My third graders are a great group of students! My classroom is made up of thirty eager third graders. I also have a wide range of reading and math abilities in my classroom. My reading levels range from pre-kindergarten to fourth grade. It's important that I read with these children every day to get them on grade level by the end of the year. Many of my students are very low readers, speak English as a second language, and get free or reduced-price lunch. All my students will do anything for anybody, especially the ESL students. We are always bringing the best out of everyone. Despite my students' backgrounds, they all have one thing in common, and that is their love of learning and helping others.
My Project
My students need a hole puncher to make class booklets. Organizing their booklets, reference materials, and notes is an ongoing problem. By having a consistent hole placement, we can make use of having awesome books we have made ourselves and they can be added to the classroom library.
Although it may not seem like much of a problem or concern, having misaligned paperwork leads to disorganization, undue stress, and wasted time.
We want to keep all our instructional time to learn as much as we can.
Having an electric 3-hole punch guarantees orderly standardized holes and a neat and booklets. When students are organized they can get more done, leading to higher self-esteem and higher grades. Please help us make our 3 Hole Electric Paper Punch project a reality and make the classroom more successful.
