This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, hard-working, kind and welcoming to our new comers, they are my little heroes. Many of the new comers have come with so many challenges, but they smile and work through them with pride. They deserve all the support and help that I can give them.
Inclusive items such as books, projects and worksheets for our Spanish speaking students will keep them engaged and help to support their learning needs in the classroom.
A gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers would be so beneficial for me and, in turn, my students. The gift card would allow me to access a variety of materials in the students' native language.
