My Project

The books chosen are specific to our 5th grade curriculum and using these helps bring history alive. My students love doing books reports, projects and biographies. I would love to give them the resources in class to help further their learning.

Reading history books, creating projects and reports benefit the students in gaining knowledge, critical thinking skills and learning to communication.

It also helps them learn how to research and understand the world around us and how we have got to where we are today.

My students are the best when it comes to having a desire to learn and explore. History can be captivating and engaging so sparking that curiosity and desire to learn more is my goal.
