This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are awesome 7th grade students learning about Utah Studies and I get to teach every 7th grade student in my school about the wonderful state of Utah. My students come from various backgrounds and bring their greatness and knowledge into my classroom.

My Project

This school year is going to be a fun but challenging year. Each student needs to provide their own classroom materials which can become a burden to some students. By funding this project, we can help provide the students with their own composition notebook, colored pencils, and glue sticks.

Interactive Notebooks are a great resource in the classroom.

The students use these notebooks in class everyday and are able to refer back to previous lessons. By the end of the semester, the students will have compiled every lesson they have learned about Utah Studies. The students take great pride in these completed notebooks.
