Help me give my students the best history class related to social justice, race, and diversity. With these books, our class will learn about justice and how this helps our society.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These books related to social justice will emphasize my students' comprehension of our racial diversity. These six books will also make a difference to my 4th and 5th graders as they relate to our historical development, present, and future. For example, "Como Yo" will help colored and Latina girls to follow their dreams in science and other areas, no matter their struggles in life. Another example is "Mejorar la raza". This book will assist my students in a better understanding of discrimination and how to be a voice when they see it in their environment. On the other hand, the decorations will provide the ambiance needed for our history class. The maps will provide a learning space for geography, location, and geology.
My goals as a teacher and social justice fighter are that my kiddos have better opportunities than I did when I was their age.
Also, my students learn human values throughout history and social studies, to be better human beings.
My students are special because they need to fight among others to achieve their goals. In our difficult community, my kids lack of materials and books that inspired them to grow. That's why, I'm trying to gather all these together for them to have a better life and mostly a beautiful future. With your help my students and I can achieve anything.
