Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, my students are learning how to speak English. We could really use 5 headphones with microphones.
Students will have the opportunity to practice speaking English.
My third graders come to school every day full of life, eager to learn, curious about the world and always ready to learn. In my class I have a wide range of student needs. Some students are learning to read and write in English, some students have disabilities, and some are gifted students.
I am a third-grade teacher in a high needs, low income, Title I school. Our students are primarily English Language Learners and 100% of our population receives free lunch and 100% of our students receive free breakfast.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
