My Project
My students always come to school, despite their hardships. Basic supplies often get in the way of their success. They often struggle to come to school with the basic supplies they need to be successful, especially pencils and highlighters.
Pencils and highlighters are not only used in my English on a daily basis to close read and respond to text, but, in all of their classes, and by donating to this project you are providing students with more opportunities to be successful!
Not having supplies can definitely stress students and parents out, alike. This will alleviate some of that stress. It will also give students a chance to buy other supplies that they might not have purchased before if they had to buy pencils and highlighters.
