Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These students don't have many nice things, especially when it comes to music supplies. I want to purchase 30 GREEN MUSIC BINDERS from JW Pepper. Students currently are using paper folders that don't fit music well, fall in between cracks in our cubbies, and are easily ripped. These performance binders are solid and have the space needed to protect and organize their music. These binders will even allow students to hold music scores in a professional way if music is needed at a live performance.
The choir program here is growing, and many supplies are needed.
These binders will helps students start to take some pride in themselves as musicians, and help others to see them as more professional in our school and community.
