My Project
Our student population is very diverse in it's study needs. I have students who come to the library every day looking for a place to do work. However I see many student athletes struggle to choose between conditioning and getting their homework done. These bikes offer them a chance to get in some cardio and some homework done. These desk bikes are great for students with ADHD or Autism and gives them a way to move and do work at the same time too.
Adding a bike like this is great not only for students but teachers as well.
Teachers often end up sedentary because they are stuck behind a desk when they are grading. Now they can come to the library and work and ride. This provides an healthy work environment for all.
