High School Journalists Seek the Best!

Help me give my students create the best journalism possible. Our Media students produce great stories, but they lack some basic equipment that real journalists use while they are in the field, including lighting, microphones, and camera equipment.

My Project

The student journalists at our High School tell incredible stories about their school and their community. These stories have become a foundation in the school, something people rely on and look forward to.

However, they lack some of the basic equipment journalists need while they are out in the field.

They need lighting, microphones, and camera equipment to really tell stories the way the pros do it. Plus, when they come back to the newsroom, they often find broken equipment that limits their ability to even transfer their video and photos from their cameras to the computers for production.

With your help, these students will be able to create great journalism to inform and entertain our school community in new, amazing ways.
